Raytech: Conditions of Sale:
  • Prices Effective January 1, 2017
  • All Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice and customers will be advised of the current cost. All prices are in US Dollars.
  • Minimum Order is $5.00.
  • Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California at 8.00% on all taxable items.
  • Terms: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Check. Purchase Orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Generally PO's are accepted for government agencies, cities, schools on a NET-15 basis. We do not accept PO's on first time orders from private companies.
  • Order will ship as soon as possible after payment is received and funds are verified.
  • All Merchandise F.O.B. Raytech Warehouse, Los Angeles, California.
  • All Weights And Size Dimensions Are Approximate.
  • Descriptions and specifications contained in this website were in effect at the time of printing. Raytech reserves the right to discontinue products at any time or change specifications and/or designs without notice and without incurring liability.
  • Listed weights are approximate shipping weights.
  • Regarding installation, framing materials and fasteners shall be furnished by the customer or contractor.
  • Individual quotations are valid for 5 days from the date given. Raytech reserves the right to alter a quotation at any time and for any reason.
  • Raytech will not be held responsible for any discrepancies overlooked during the customer's review process. Any questions or concerns should be addressed before an order is placed.
  • Raytech reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.
  • If necessary, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value when that item is unavailable from our suppliers.
  • By submitting an order, you agree to pay for the items ordered.
  • Any order that is placed and then cancelled *BEFORE* it is shipped is subject to a 8% cancellation fee of the order total.
  • Any item ordered and then cancelled *AFTER* item is shipped, must refuse order and pay the 25% restocking charge and pay shipping to and from factory or warehouse where product was originally shipped from.
  • Assembled locker orders that are cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
  • Once an order is cancelled, there will be approx. 30 day time period before a refund will be issued.
Raytech: Shipping Information:
  • All merchandise delivered, must be inspected by customer with driver present. If any box looks dented or damaged in any way, driver must make notation and should mark any damages. Boxes opened later and then notice damage without driver making notation, is considered concealed damage. We have 15 days to report concealed damage. Shipping companies do not always cover full refunds on concealed damage items. None of this applies to items shipped UPS.
  • For UNASSEMBLED lockers, please allow approximately 1-3 business days for the packing of your order.
  • For ASSEMBLED lockers, please allow 5-10 business days for the packing of your order.
  • Orders with custom items may take 2-3 weeks to finish production and ship.
  • Please call or email if you require expedited service.
  • The shipping charge shown during the checkout process occassionally needs to be adjusted after an order is submitted. If the actual shipping charge is higher than you are shown during checkout, we will contact you via email to have you approve the charge before your order ships.
  • Shipping is generally charged at a rate of $0.70 to $1.00 per pound to the continental United States. This may vary depending on the items ordered, number of containers, assembly, and shipping destination.
  • Assembled lockers may incur a higher shipping charge than non-assembled lockers due to size.
  • Orders will be shipped FOB Los Angeles, CA.
  • Our minimum shipping charge is $11.00.
  • Our minimum shipping charge for a locker of 5 ft or taller is $59.00, assembled or unassembled.
  • We cannot process or ship orders less than $5.00
  • Products are generally shipped via UPS. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and expedited deliveries are available. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, destination and products ordered - contact us for a freight charge quotation. Should an order exceed size and/or weight limitations, motor freight will be used.
  • Freight delivery is curbside. Inside delivery can be arranged for an additional charge [More Info]. When necessary, equipment is banded and stretch wrapped to pallets. When delivered to the transportation company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of landing.
  • Most products are in inventory.
  • Large and/or custom orders vary in shipping times and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • Most credit card orders ship within 3 days. If paying by check, your order will ship as soon as possible after your check clears. Please allow additional time if ordering assembled lockers. Lockers are assembled as needed.
  • We can bill to your freight account at your preference. Contact us prior to ordering; only possible with major freight carriers at our discretion.
Raytech: Return Information:
  • You may return products to us for a refund of your purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee when you notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns beyond this 10-day period.
  • ASSEMBLED LOCKERS CANNOT BE RETURNED
  • Customer must pay shipping back to designated location for returned items, freight prepaid.
  • Customer is responsible for original shipping charge.
  • Customer is responsible for original shipping charge plus any difference from the full invoiced shipping cost.
  • Customer must call first for a return authorization number. No Merchandise Can Be Returned Without A Written Authorization Number.
  • Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers.
  • Custom orders and orders with options cannot be cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

Raytech: Online Ordering Process:
You must set up an account with Raytech to place an online order. The purpose of the account is to allow us to identify you with the order that you place. Your account also gives you online access to your order history and order status for each order you place with Raytech.

After you place your order you will arrive at a page that will inform you that your order has been successfully sent. If this does not occur, use the back button on your browser, re-enter your credit card information and submit your order again. You can verify that your order has been sent by checking your shopping cart. When an order is successfully sent to us, your shopping cart will be emptied. If items remain in your cart, it indicates you need to repeat the checkout process.

Should we need to contact you regarding your order, we will do so via email. If we require a response from you and you are unreachable after multiple attempts, we may cancel your order.

In most cases, your order will be shipped within 72 hours of order confirmation. If you choose to pay by check through postal mail, your order will ship as soon as possible after your check clears.. If ordering assembled units, allow and additional 5-10 business days for the factory to assemble the product.


Please Note: You should receive an email from us within 12 hours of placing your online order, during the week, or within 48 hours on the weekend. If you have not heard from us within this time period, please contact us at sales@lockersdepot.com. Our normal operating hours are 9am-5pm PST, M-F.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Raytech will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
